Hi, my name is Aisling Bonner. That's pronounced Ash-ling, an Irish name … it would be an honor if you would call me your Realtor. My real estate career started in property management, which really helped with my customer-service skills. In 2006, I became a licensed Realtor, and in 2009, I earned my Broker's license. My core values are simple: honesty, integrity, dedication and exceptional follow-up. I have a strong background in helping buyers interested in foreclosures and short sales. I'm also a military brat, so I understand well the needs of our service members. As a mom I can relate to the concerns over finding a home in a safe neighborhood and with great schools. I've been told by my clients that I "go to extraordinary lengths" to help them. For example, some months ago, a young couple called me at 1 in the morning. The heat had gone out in their first home, and the temperature was dipping to 12 degrees outside. My solution? Five space heaters to the rescue! I followed up the next day to connect them with the right people.
